Internationale Tourismus Börse (ITB), 11th - 15th March 2009

EED Tourism Watch will have a stall (no. 202 in hall 4.1) at the International Tourism Exchange (ITB) from 11th to 15th March, 2009. Two events will be organised:

11th March, 2009, 11.00 am, on the stage in hall 4.1: Former UNEP director Klaus Töpfer hands over "CSR-certified" labels for sustainability reporting to tour operators of "Forum anders reisen".

13th March, 2009, 11.45 am, on the stage in hall 4.1: "Sun, sand and sustainable tourism? Corporate Social Responsibility in Practice. Presentations and Panel Discussions on the implementation of the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Tourism, on the Code of Conduct for Tourism in the Holy Land - a Palestinian Initiative, and on "CSR-certified" labels for sustainability reporting.
